Unlike most street level apartments where natural light is an issue, this apartment has windows in every room. The building faces south giving access to ample sunlight throughout the day. Entering the apartment from street level, you’ll find a very spacious and open floor plan combining the living area and kitchen. Electric usage is the responsibility of tenant(s) and you must secure an electric account with PEPCO (D.C.’s electric cooperative) upon execution of lease.
